| 摘 要： | 行业共性技术对于一个国家的科技、工业,乃至经济发展和社会进步,均具有重大的影响力.因此各国各地区特别是发达国家和地区的政府,都对行业共性技术给予了相当重视,发挥了引导性作用,促进行业共性技术研发和扩散机制的构建.

| Abstract: | The present development state and major issues of industrial genetic technology in China’s textile industry have been explained by investigation in this article. Based on the analysis of R&D and diffusion mechanism of the public technology service platforms in textile industry, it is put forward that China should establish government sponsored institute for textile industry genetic technology. |
