不同捻度紧密赛络纺纱与紧密纺纱性能对比

针对不同捻度纺出的紧密赛络纺纱和紧密纺纱性能进行对比分析，结果显示，捻度的不同对紧密赛络纱的条干CV值影响不大；捻度越大，紧密赛络纱的毛羽指数越小，单纱强度越高；紧密赛络纱的条干、毛羽及强力均优于紧密纺单纱，略差于紧密纺股线。

PERFORMANCE COMPARISON OF COMPACT-SIRO SPINNING AND COMPACT SPINNING IN DIFFERENT COTTON ASSORTING SCHENE

In this paper, the yarn properties of compact-siro spinning and compact spinning in different twists are compared and analyzed. The results show that there is little difference among compact-siro spinning yarn with different twists; the twist is bigger, the hairiness of compact-siro is smaller, the strength is bigger; the evenness CV, hairiness, strength of compaet-siro is always better than compact spinning single yarn, and a little worse than compact spinning strands.
