聚酯切片干燥空气除湿方法简介及干燥设备的改造

该文介绍了聚酯切片干燥空气的常用除湿方法，着重阐述各种除湿方法的特点．研究分析了不同的生产工艺对聚问切片干燥系统中于空气的湿度要求及其相应除湿方法的选择．同时，分析了国产干燥设备的运行状况，提出了几种改造方案并进行了比较分析．认为采用压缩空气作为气派，选用压缩空气冷冻除湿机对压缩空气进行除湿，同时用新型号的干燥增代替老式干燥塔是最经济、合理的改造方案．

A BRIEF INTRODU CT ION TO DRY-AIR-STREAM DEMOISTU RE METHODS FOR PET CHIPS AND THE IMPROVEMENT OF DOMESTIC DRYER

In this paper, some air demoisture methods in common use for PET chip production areRecommended , and emphasis is put on their traits. Considering some different kinds of processes, the request of air condition and its moisture contained for drying system in PET chipproduction line is analysed . According to the request of demoisture in different types of drying system, the selection of appropriate drying method is decided. Meanwhile the operatingstate of some domestic dryers were analysed , by which a number of innovation plan were pro-posed and a comparison between them was made. As a result, the most economized and reasonable innovation Plan is proposed as below: the compressed air is adopted as gas source; thedemoisture of compressed air is achieved by a compress -cooling whizzer ; use a new type ofdehydrate column instead of the obsolete one.
