| 摘 要： | 介绍了KTZ368剑杆织机的控制环节,对以PLC S7-200为核心的电气控制系统的工作原理和程序进行了分析和说明。提出了控制系统的硬件电路设计方案和软件实现策略,系统充分利用PLC可操作性强的特点,提高了系统的灵活性和可靠性,系统运行状态良好。

| Abstract: | In this paper,the controlling unit of the KTZ368 rapier loom is introduced.The control principle and program of the electric controlling system in which PLC S7-200 is taken as the core is ananlyzed and described in detail.The hardware and software design of the control system are discussed.The use of the PLC increases the flexibility and dependability of system,and makes the system operation well. |
