摘    要:引入订单完成难度系数的概念,提出基于订单完成难易程度的两阶段多属性决策方法.采用灰色关联度方法求解订单完成难度系数,以订单综合权重与其各影响因素权重偏差最小为目标建立优化模型,求得各待插订单的综合权重向量获得最优插单序列.同时通过算例验证了算法的有效性.

Abstract:With constraints of production capacity and limited resources,the increasing of customer's in- dividuation demand and uncertain factors lead to order inserting. And in decision of order variation pro- duction priority is a key issue. In order to ensure the problems encountered in inserting decision to be better solved, the concept of fulfilling difficulty coefficient was introduced in this paper. Based on this, an effective method of two-step goal-programming model for multi-attribute decision making was put for- ward and experienced. Firstly, the fulfilling difficulty coefficient was calculated with the method of grey relation analysis. Secondly,optimization model was established with the goal of minimizing the deviation between order comprehensive weight and influence factorst weight, At last,comprehensive order weight vector and order inserting sequence are respectively obtained. A useful reference is provided for enterpri- ses.
