Al2O3-TiO2复合膜的制备及表征

摘    要:采用TG-DTG、FI-IR和AFM等测试手段研究复合膜的热稳定性、化学组成及其表面微观形貌,以异丙醇铝和钛酸丁酯为前躯体,选择溶胶凝胶法制备A l2O3-TiO2复合膜.结果表明,温度为60℃,相对湿度保持70%可得到完整性较好的凝胶膜;复合膜的热稳定性好,500℃以后没有明显的质量损失;复合凝胶中没有出现A l-O-Ti键,说明A l2O3组分与TiO2组分在复合过程中,没有发生化学反应,TiO2富集于A l2O3的表面.原子力显微镜分析表明薄膜表面均匀平整,所得平均孔径约为20 nm.

Abstract:The thermal stability,the chemical compound,the surface morphology of composite membrane are characterized by means of TG-DTG、FI-IR and AFM etc.Al2O3-TiO2 composite membrane was prepared by sol-gel process taking aluminum isopropoxide and tetrabutyl titivate as raw materials.The results show that temperature for 60 ℃,relative humidity keeping 70% are the best conditions to get better integrity gel membrane.The composite membrane’s thermal stability is good,there is no significant quality loss after 500℃;Al-O-Ti bond does not appear in composite membrane,which means there is no chemical reaction during the compound process;TiO2 attaches to the surface of Al2O3;Atomic force microscopy analysis show that the membrane surface is integrity,the membrane pore size is about 20 nm.
