亚苄基丙酮苯甲酰腙Zn(Ⅱ)配合物的合成与晶体结构

摘    要:采用亚苄基丙酮苯甲酰腙(HL)配体与Zn(NO3)2溶液进行反应,得到配合物Zn(LPy)2,并培养出其晶体,然后通过FTIR、热分析及X-射线单晶衍射等手段对其进行表征.X-射线单晶衍射结果表明,配合物Zn(LPy)2分子最小,不对称独立单元化学式为C44H40ZnN6O2,为扭曲的四角双锥构型,属于P-1空间群,晶胞参数a=1.07563(18)nm,b=1.3579(2)nm,c=1.4402(2)nm;α=83.503(3)°,β=84.282(3)°,γ=66.818(3)°,V=1.9178(5)nm^3,Z=2,F(000)=788,R1=0.0496.使用滤纸片琼脂扩散法测定了配体和配合物对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌和绿脓杆菌等3种细菌的抑菌活性.抑菌实验结果表明,配体(HL)和配合物均有较好抑菌活性.

Synthesis and crystal structure of Zn( II) complex with benzylidene acetone benzoyl hydrazone

Abstract:One complex, Zn(LPy); was synthesized from the reaction of benzylidene acetone benzoyl hydrazone (HL) with Zn(Noa)2, and characterized by FTIR, thermal analysis and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The results of structural analysis indicate that the complex is distorted octahedral. The com- plex belongs to triclinic system,space group P-1 with a=l. 075 63(18)nm,b=1. 357 9(2)nm,c=1. 440 2 (2)nm;α=83. 503(3)°,β=84. 282(3)°,γ= 66. 818(3)°,V=1. 917 8(5)nma,Z=2,F(000) =788,R, = 0. 049 6. Agar diffusion method using filter paper measured the antibacterial activity of ligand and com- plexes on E. coli, S. aureus and P. aeruginosa these threebacteria. Results show that ligand and comple- xes has good inhibition on selected bacteria species.
