涤纶/竹纤维非织造抗菌鞋垫的设计与性能

摘    要:以普通涤纶为主体原料,加入具有抗菌性的竹纤维,生产抗菌性鞋垫.设计4种不同的涤纶/竹纤维配比方案,进行针刺加工生产,并对鞋垫进行轧光处理.对产品的透气性能、孔径、拉伸强度、撕破强力及抑菌性等进行测定.结果表明,竹纤维能明显改善鞋垫的透气性及抗菌性,但鞋垫的力学性能变差,当竹纤维含量为30%时抗菌鞋垫综合性能较优.因此在实际生产中,竹纤维含量不宜过多,需同时考虑产品力学性能.

Abstract:In order to produce insoles with antibacterial property, the polyester fiber was selected as the main raw material, and the antibacterial insoles were made by mixing with bamboo fiber that has natural antibacterial property.Four different kinds of ratios were designed with polyester and bamboo fiber as raw materials through needlepunch to process the nonwoven, then calendaring was implemented.Following above, breathability, pore size, tensile strength, tear strength and inhibition rate of the products were tested.The results showed that the bamboo fiber could improve the permeability and antibacterial property of the insole, but the mechanical properties of the in-sole were worse.When the content of bamboo is 30%, the antibacterial insole will have better performances.Therefore, in actual production, and the content of bamboo fiber should not be too much, the reduction of mechanical properties of products needs to be considered.
