摘    要:大豆低聚糖是通过物理方法提取出来的功能性低聚糖,具有低能量、难消化、防龋齿、增殖双歧杆菌、维持肠遭生态平衡等许多生理功能,研究开发具有广阔的发展前景。

Abstract:The soybean oligosaccharides is a kind of functional oligosaccharides that extracted by physical methods, which with lots of physiological function of lower energy, difficulty to digest, protecting against decayed tooth, increasing bifidobacterium bifidum, maintain the balance of intestines, there is a expansive developmental foreground to study and exploit.
