摘    要:现代制粉工艺被称作"逐步研磨工艺",因为麦粒及其在制品是经过多道工序研磨成面粉。改造强调渣磨系统与清粉系统的设置与配合作用,实现联合精选物料,为前路心磨系统最大限度提供量多质优的纯净胚乳,同时兼顾分级筛的作用,为生产高质量面粉创造条件。

Abstract:The modern roller-milling process for making flour is described as "gradual reduction process" because the grain and its parts are broken down in a succession of relatively gentle grinding states.This paper mainly emphasizes the importance of coarse middling system and purification system,to provide as more and pure a state as possible,both of them should correspond with own function before reducing the particles into a fine flour for preceding reduction system as well as grading system.
