| 摘 要： | 螺杆挤压技术有能连续化生产、生产工艺简单、物耗能耗少、应用范围广、投资少、生产费用低的优点。挤压机按螺杆数量可分为单螺杆、双螺杆和多螺杆组合，后两者比前者喂料性好，可以加工粘度很高或很低的物料．有更好的混炼、排气，反应功能和较低的塑化温度，并可进行人工和自动化控制。
