NaCl胁迫对向日葵幼苗生长及茎组织解剖结构的影响

摘    要:通过盆栽实验对3个向日葵品种康地5号、2603、KWS203进行中性盐(NaCl)胁迫处理,研究NaCl胁迫对向日葵幼苗生长的影响,并观察其茎组织解剖结构。结果表明,中性盐对康地5号伤害较轻,而对2603和KWS203伤害比较严重,2603和KWS203之间的受伤害程度差异不显著。随着胁迫强度的增加,3个向日葵品种出苗时间均有所延迟,出苗率下降;幼苗相对苗高和叶片数也受到明显影响,当NaCl浓度为0.2mol/L时对向日葵幼苗生长影响最严重。茎的解剖结构观察表明,随着盐胁迫强度的增加,康地5号薄壁细胞和皮层细胞层数明显增多,另外2个向日葵品种也有增加;3个品种的皮层厚角组织层数也均有增加;茎细胞中粗针晶明显增多,提高了耐盐性。

Effect of salt stress on growth and stem anatomical structure of sunflower

Abstract:Pot experiments were conducted to investigate neural salt(NaCl) stress effects on seedling growth and stem profile of three sunflower cultivars(Kangdi 5,2603 and KWS203).Results showed less negative effects on Kangdi 5.With the increase of NaCl,emergence time was delayed and emergence rate was decreased.Seedling height and leaf amounts were negatively affected at 0.2mol/L NaCl.Meanwhile,when salt concentration was higher,the layers of parenchyma cells and tegumental cells increased significantly particularly in Kangdi 5 stem.The layers of collenchyma cells increased as well.Raphide(NaCl needle crystal) became thicker in parenchyma cells and the amount increased significantly in these three sunflowers.
