丝胶蛋白处理对氧化亚麻织物性能的影响

摘    要:采用高碘酸钠对亚麻织物进行有限氧化,再利用丝胶对氧化亚麻进行处理,对处理后的氧化亚麻织物力学性能、抗皱性能、吸湿性能以及透气透湿性进行测试分析。结果表明,经丝胶处理后的亚麻织物其抗皱性能和吸湿性有显著提高,另外,相对于氧化亚麻织物,丝胶蛋白溶液处理后的氧化亚麻织物的透气透湿性能略有提高。

Abstract:The flax fabric was selectively oxidized with sodium periodate and then treated with sericin solution.The properties of oxidized flax fabric including mechanical property,crease resistance,hygroscopic property,air permeability and moisture transmission properties were tested and analyzed.The results showed that the crease resistance and the hygroscopic properties were improved markedly when treated with sericin solution.In addition,the air permeability and moisture transmission properties of the oxidized fl...
