聚四氟乙烯-壳聚糖复合膜制备和性能测试

摘    要:用自制的钠-萘处理液,改性聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)微孔膜,改善薄膜表面的润湿性和粘合性。将壳聚糖的醋酸溶液流延到改性后的聚四氟乙烯膜表面,制备聚四氟乙烯-壳聚糖复合膜。进一步讨论了改性效果,并测试了复合膜的力学性能和透湿性能。

Abstract:Using self-prepared sodium naphthalide solution, VTFE micropore membrane was modified to improve its wetness and adhesiveness. The VTFE and chitosan composite membranes were fabricated by flow casting method. Further more, the modification effect of the VTFE membrane was discussed. And the mechanical and moisture permeable properties were tested.
