| 摘 要： | 通过对原料选择、组织结构研究分析,在普通4针道单面大圆机上采用丝光有色股线开发设计出一款新颖提花T恤面料的编织工艺,包括三角排列、织针排列、意匠图和穿纱方式等。详细说明了调试过程中需要注意的事项和细则,如穿纱、进纱张力、织针排列、三角排列等;最后阐述了织物表面外观特征以及高档提花针织面料的具体技术参数。

| Abstract: | According to material selection and organizational structure analysis,this thesis designs a novel jacquard T-shirt knitting technique with light colored thread on the ordinary big 4-needle single-side circular machine,including triangle arrangement,knitting arrangement,jacquard design and the way of threading.In addition,it states some notes and details in debugging process,such as reeding,feeding tension,and knitting arrangement etc.Finally,it expounds the technical parameters of high-quality jacquard knitted fabric and the characteristics of fabric surface appearance. |
