轻薄纯天丝格子织物的设计与生产

设计制织了轻薄纯天丝格子织物,并对其在浆纱和织造工序中的影响因素及工艺参数设置进行了重点探讨。在此基础上,结合天丝纤维的特性,指出浆纱应以"重被覆、贴毛羽、保浆膜、小张力、低伸长、求渗透"为工艺原则,提高浆膜的完整性和浆纱的耐磨性,贴伏毛羽,满足织造要求;织造应以"早开口、小张力、低气压"为工艺原则,使得织造效率达95%,正品率达96.1%。

Design and Production of Light and Thin Tencel Lattice Fabric

This paper designs the light and thin Tencel lattice fabric and discusses the influential factors in the sizing and manufacturing processes.On this basis,combined with the characteristics of the Tencel fiber,it points out that the sizing should adhere to the process principle of "heavy coating,sick hairiness,preserving serosa,small tension,low elongation,seeking permeability" to improve the integrity of serosa and the wear resistance of yarn in the sizing so as to meet the weaving requirement.The weaving should follow the process principle of "early opening,small tension and low pressure" to make the weaving efficiency reach 95% and the rate of certified products 96.1%.
