摘    要:为了改善皮肤风衣的穿着舒适性,研究通过调整局部结构设计、增加通风开口、拼接透气性面料等方式,设计并制作了18件皮肤风衣。邀请10名女性志愿者参与实验,利用运动心肺功能测试仪和红外测温仪对运动过程中志愿者的生理指标进行测量,根据心率、呼吸频率和体表温度的变化情况评估各款样衣的穿着舒适性。研究表明,采用直筒袖、棒球领等开口设计方式,在前胸、后育克线等部位增设通风开口,适当增加腋下、前胸和后育克线等部位镂空面料的拼接面积,采用网眼较大的针织面料进行拼接设计,均可以有效提升皮肤风衣的穿着舒适性。

Abstract:In order to improve the wearing comfort of windbreaker jacket, 18 kinds of windbreaker jacket samples were designed and made by adjusting the local structure design, increasing ventilation opening, and employing permeable fabric for splicing. 10 female volunteers were invited to participate in the experiments. Cardio pulmonary function tester and infrared thermometer were used to measure the physiological indexes of the volunteers during movement process, and the wearing comfort performance of all the samples were evaluated according to the changes of heart rate, breathing rate and body surface temperature of the volunteers. The results showed that all of the methods mentioned above can help improve the wearing comfort of windbreaker jacket, including opening design in the form of straight cylinder sleeve and baseball collar, ventilation openings at chest and back yoke line areas, appropriate increase of splicing area at underarm area, front chest and back yoke line area using hollow fabric, and splicing design with large mesh knitted fabrics.
