纳米二氧化硅改性丙烯酸树脂的研究

摘    要:探索了以酸为催化剂的溶胶凝胶法制备纳米SiO2粒子的方法,将纳米SiO2粒子与丙烯酸树脂复合,制备了 改性丙烯酸树脂涂饰剂,并对比测定了改性前后丙烯酸树脂成膜的物理-机械性能及用于皮革涂饰后皮革 的卫生性能;对纳米SiO2溶胶进行了红外光谱、透射电镜分析;对改性前后的丙烯酸树脂进行了多媒体显微 镜观察及DSC分析。研究结果表明:纳米SiO2粒子在丙烯酸树脂中分散均匀,粒径小;纳米复合涂饰剂成膜 的物理机械性能显著提高;用纳米SiO2改性的丙烯酸树脂涂饰皮革,其透水汽性及透气性比未改性的丙烯酸 树脂涂饰的皮革明显增加,耐折牢度达100000次以上。

Abstract:Firstly nano-SiO2 was prepared by the sol-gel reaction from tetraethoxysilane(TEOS) catalyzed with acid, then a acrylic resin leather coating agent composite was modified by nano-SiO2 sol particles. The physical-mechanical properties of the film from acrylic resin and modified acrylic resin by nano-SiO2 sol particles and the hygiene proper-ty of the leather finished by them were measured. IR and TEM were employed to characterize the presence of nano-SiO2 particles in the SiO2 sol solution. The acrylic resin and modified acrylic resin were analyzed with multimedium microscope and DSC. The results show that nano-SiO2 particles have good distribution in the sol and nano-SiO2 sol particles are pre-encapsulated with acrylic resin. The physical-mechanical properties and hygiene property of the film from SiO2-AR (acrylic resin) coating agent composite increase notably, for example, aqueous-vapor and vapor penetration improved by 11.5% and 15.4% respectively, folding strength more than 100,000 times.
