高碳醇丙烯酸酯接枝改性硅油乳化性能的研究

摘    要:高碳醇丙烯酸酯接枝改性聚硅氧烷 ,可增加其被乳化能性。同末改性硅油相比 ,乳液稳定性和乳液粒子粒度 ,都有明显改善 ,有助于配制稳定的有机硅乳液 ;乳化改性硅油所需的最佳HLB值也发生变化 ,呈逐渐减小趋势。随着有机硅主链上引入非极性基团的增多 ,改性硅油乳液的稳定性增加 ,这与有机硅主链上引入长链非极性基团有关

Abstract:The ability of being emulsified of modified silicone was increased,which was grafted by long chain alcohol acrylate. In contrast to pure silicone emulsion, the emulsion stability and particle size of emulsion of modified silicone grafted by long chain alcohol acrylate become better, and this is aid to produce silicone emulsion with stability in storage; and the suitable value of HLB for producing modified silicone emulsion with stability in storage was changed. The stability of modified silicone emulsion increases with the increase of unpolarity group grafted to the mainchain of silicone, this is because of the unpolarity group grafted to the main chain of silicone.
