| 摘 要： | 通过金属离子的选择实验及单因素实验确定了运用Zn2 沉淀法精制磷脂酰胆碱以及影响其含量的相关因素,并通过响应面实验优化了最佳工艺条件:以95%乙醇为溶剂,pH为8.43、Zn2 的加入量为0.94倍(摩尔比)、反应时间为32.00 min.在该条件下所得制品中磷脂酰胆碱的含量为79.2%.

| Abstract: | The relevant effect factors on the purification of phosphatidylcholine (PC) in crude soybean phospholipid with Zn~(2 ) were studied by the selection of metal ion and mono-factor experiments.And with response surface experiment,the optimum conditions of purifying PC were determined.The results show that the content of 79.2%PC can be obtained under the following conditions:95% ethanol as solvent,the ratio of 0.94 between ethanol and phospholipids (mol times),and the reaction time of 32.00 minutes. |
