| 摘 要： | 采用粗孔硅胶做吸附剂,对生育酚浓缩液进行提纯,初步研究了色谱条件.实验结果表明,采用正己烷-异丙醇混合溶剂做洗脱剂,两者配比正己烷:异丙醇为9:1(V/V)时进行柱洗脱,生育酚含量能达到86%,回收率达80%. |

| Abstract: | Silica gel column chromatography was applied to separate and purify tocopherols from enriched tocopherols material. The chromatography method was studied and the suitable conditions were determined preliminarily. Result showed the content and recovery rate of tocopherols could reach to 86% and 80% respectively, when the material was e-luted by hexane:isopropyl alcohol 9:1(V/V)]. |
