厚朴抗氧化作用研究

摘    要:分别用DPPH法,硫代巴比妥酸法及Na2S2O3滴定法测定了厚朴提取物的抗氧作用。结果表明:不同溶剂厚朴提取物对DPPH自由基均有清除作用,其中以乙醇提取物清除能力最强。厚朴乙醇提取物对亚油酸、猪油的脂质过氧化有良好的阻断作用,其抗氧化作用随提取物用量的增加而逐渐增强。对猪油的抗氧化作用以60%乙醇提取的活性最强

Abstract:Antioxidative effect of extraction of were measured by 1,1 dipheny1 2 picrylhydrazyl(DPPH)free radical method,thiobarbituric acid method and the Na 2S 2O 3 I 2 titrimetric method.The results show that all the extracts of Magnolia Officinal obtained with different extraction solvents have scavenging effects on DPPH radical and ethanol extracts show the highest activity.Also,ethanol extracts give significant resistance to the lipid peroxidation of both linolenic acid and lard.60% ethanol solution extracts show the highest activities on the antioxidation of lard.
