凝胶渗透-高效液相色谱法测定棕榈油中的对位红和苏丹色素

采用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)分离棕榈油中的对位红和苏丹色素,浓缩后用纯乙腈淋洗的高效液相色谱双波长检测法测定其中各待测组分的含量.测定结果表明最低检测限:对位红、苏丹Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ分别为0.03、0.06、0.10、0.08、0.10 mg/kg;相对标准偏差为2.15%～5.23%,平均回收率为83%～95%.操作方法简便,结果准确可靠.

Determination of para red and sudan colorants in palm oil by gel permeation chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography

The para red and sudan colorants were isolated from the palm oil by gel permeation chromatography (GPC). The isolated colorants were concentrated and determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).The results showed that the detection limits of para red,sudan Ⅰ,sudan Ⅱ,sudan Ⅲand sudan Ⅳwere 0.03 mg/kg,0.06 mg/kg,0.10 mg/kg,0.08 mg/kg and 0.10 mg/kg,respectively.The relative standard deviations and average recovery rates of the five components were 2.15%- 5.23% and 83%- 95%,respectively.
