醇法大豆浓缩蛋白生产中的浸出设备

摘    要:分析了醇法大豆浓缩蛋白生产工艺中浸出工序的特殊性,指出浸泡及梯度萃取是获得较高蛋白提取率的有效手段.说明了常用浸出设备的特点及其在醇法大豆浓缩蛋白生产中的应用,介绍了一种新型的复式浸出器的结构形式及其在醇法大豆浓缩蛋白生产中的优势.

Abstract:The extraction procedure and its particularity during alcohol leached soybean protein concentrate(ALSPC)production were analyzed.It showed that immersion and gradient extraction were effective means to get a higher extraction rate.The characteristics of extractor commonly used in the production of ALSPC were described.In addition,the structure of a new type of extractor,the dual-extractor was introduced,and its advantages in production of ALSPC were described.
