Abstract:The physicochemical properties and fatty acid of lappa seed oil has been investigated in this paper, the result revealed that unsaturated fatty acid. Such as oleic acid. Linoleic acid and linolenic acid were the major components, with the coutents of 18.83%, 68.02%, 6.82%, respectively. The content of unstarated acid was more than 93%. Its nutritive Value was comparable with soyhean oil walnul oil.
