| 摘 要： | 为了适应ALCON调质工艺技术要求，采用大豆冷脱皮工艺系统对大豆进行皮仁分离。介绍了此套工艺系统的设备设计、选型及应注意的问题。经过生产实践，达到了预定的设计要求，增加了不同蛋白含量(44％～46％)豆粕产品种类，降低了成本，增加了企业的经济效益。

| Abstract: | Soybean kernel and hull is separated with soybean cold dehulling technique to meet the requirement of ALCON conditioning technique.The equipment design and advertent questions in soybean cold dehulling technique were introduced.The product practice show that the expectant design requirement is met,the soybean meals with different content of protein can be obtained,the operating cost are reduced and the profit are increased. |
