福建南平优质低焦油烟叶群体调控技术耦合效应研究

摘    要:福建南平烟区是我国最具潜力的优质低焦油主料烟产区之一,群体调控技术对优质烟叶原料生产具有重要意义。为了探讨南平优质低焦油烟叶群体调控技术的耦合作用,本研究通过连续两年施氮量、株距和留叶数3因素312-D饱和最优设计试验,分析了基于焦油量、感官质量和单位产值的综合得分指标变化,并寻优了南平烟区优质低焦油烟叶群体调控技术管理方案。结果表明,试验水平上影响综合得分的单因子主效应表现为株距>施氮量≈留叶数,边际效应表现相反,两因素耦合效应存在相互促进作用。不同综合得分目标的组合寻优方案中,以中肥中等群体耦合效果最佳,综合得分超过0.8的优化管理方案为施氮量6.188~10.089 kg/666.7 m2,株距0.398~0.626 m,留叶15.460~19.749片,其中可接受的最大降焦效果优化方案为施氮量8.976 kg/666.7 m2,株距为0.437 m,留叶数为17.229。

Abstract:It is of great significance to study population regulation technologies for high quality and low tar tobacco raw materials in Nanping, Fujian, which is one of the most potential high quality and low tar content tobacco planting regions in China. To explore the coupling effect of population regulation technologies of high quality and low tar tobacco in Nanping, a 312-D optimized saturation design experiment with three factors of nitrogen application amount, plant spacing and number of leaves left was carried out in 2018—2019, and its influence on the comprehensive score index based on tar content, sensory quality and unit output value was studied, and the management scheme of population regulation techniques for high quality and low tar tobacco was optimized. The results showed that the main effects of single factor affecting the comprehensive score at the experimental levels were plant spacing>nitrogen application amount≈number of leaves left, and the marginal effects were reverse, and the coupling effects of the two factors promoted each other. Among the combined optimization schemes with different comprehensive score objectives, the coupling effect of medium fertilizer and medium population was the best. The optimal management scheme with comprehensive score exceeding 0.8 was nitrogen application amount of 6.188-10.089 kg/666.7 m2, plant spacing of 0.398-0.626 m, and the number of leaves left of 15.460-19.749 pieces. Of which the maximum acceptable tar reduction effect optimization scheme was nitrogen application rate of 8.976 kg/666.7 m2, the plant spacing of 0.437 m, and the number of leaves left of 17.229 pieces.
