烤烟新品种中烟特香301的选育及特征特性

中烟特香301是利用0.6%EMS浸泡诱变中烟100种子，以特征香韵为育种目标，通过系谱法定向选择，经过连续多代自交培育而成的花香香韵烤烟新品种，2020年9月通过全国烟草品种审定委员会审定。品种试验结果显示，中烟特香301田间前期生长势中等、后期逐渐变强，腰叶偏窄长、主茎粗壮，综合经济性状优于中烟100；抗病性鉴定结果显示，中烟特香301抗赤星病、中抗TMV和黑胫病，适宜在黄淮区、西南区、华中区等中等以上肥力烟田种植；烟叶品质评价结果显示，中烟特香301油分指标优于中烟100，还原糖、总糖含量及糖碱比等指标高于中烟100，感官质量平均分值高于中烟100，具有独特的（玫瑰）花香香韵风格。中烟特香301既丰富了烤烟的香韵风格，又提升了烟叶品质，同时兼顾了经济性状和抗病性，实现了预期育种目标。

Breeding and Characterization of a New Flue-cured Tobacco Variety Zhongyantexiang 301

With the breeding goal of special flavor, a new flue-cured tobacco cultivar with flower flavor, Zhongyantexiang 301 was selected from EMS-mutagenized Zhongyan 100, and bred through pedigree method in which descendants were continuously self-bred. The new variety was certified by the National Tobacco Variety Examination and Approval Committee in September, 2020. The variety comparison test showed that Zhongyantexiang 301 grew moderately at the early stage and gradually became stronger at the late stage, with narrow and long waist leaves and thick main stem. The main economic characters were better than Zhongyan 100. As for resistance to diseases, Zhongyantexiang 301 was resistant to brown spot disease, and medium resistant to tobacco mosaic virus (TMV) and black shank, and suitable for planting in medium-high fertility tobacco fields, like the Huanghuai area, southwest China and central China. The results of tobacco quality evaluation showed that the oil of appearance quality, reducing sugar, total sugar and ratio of total sugar to total alkaloid were higher than those of Zhongyan 100, the average score of sensory quality evaluation was higher than Zhongyan 100. In summary, Zhongyantexiang 301 had a special flower flavor, also improved the main economic characters and disease resistance.
