福建产区不同香型烤烟质量特征分析

摘    要:为明确福建产区不同香型烤烟的质量特征,从烟叶外观质量、物理特性、化学成分等3个方面对福建产区不同香型风格的烟叶进行了比较,同时对上述指标与香型进行了相关和回归分析。结果表明,在福建产区,随着烟叶香型从偏清到中间再到偏浓过渡,烟叶外观物理特性中烟叶厚度(身份)、长宽比及单位面积叶重有增加的趋势,烟叶宽度有变小的趋势;烟叶化学成分中,烟碱、总氮、总氯含量有增加的趋势,总糖、糖碱比、氮碱比、钾氯比、有机钾等指标有降低的趋势。
