硫酸盐苇浆含酶预处理的全无氯漂白

摘    要:硫酸盐苇浆或经氧脱木素的硫酸盐苇浆用木聚糖酶Irgazyme40-X4进行预处理,然后用过氧化氢漂白。实验结果表明,用木聚糖酸预处理可以改善纸浆的漂白性能,提高白度,降低卡伯值。采用OXAPDTMPA漂白流程,仅用1%H2O2,白度达68.7%~72.2%SBD;用2%H2O2,白度可达75.3%~77.6%SBD,并有较好的强度性质。

Abstract:Kraft reed pulp and oxygen delignified kra ft reed pulp were separately pretreated with Ciba Xylanase Irgazyme 40-X4, and then bleached with hydrogen peroxide. Results obtained indicated that enzyme pretreatment brought about the improvement in pulp bleachability and brightness, accompanied by lower Kappa number. Using OXAPDTMPA sequence, kraft reed pulps can be bleached t0 a brightness level of 68. 7%~72.2% SBD with 1% H2O2 and to 75. 3%~77.6% SBD brightness with 2% H2O2, satisfactory strength properties were also being claimed.
