芦苇乙醇法制浆木素脱除规律研究

摘    要:研究对比了芦苇自催化乙醇法制浆与H2O2辅助乙醇法制浆的木素脱除规律。结果表明,乙醇法制浆加入H2O2后可以加速乙醇水溶液的脱木素效率。采用扫描电子显微镜-X射线能谱仪(SEM-EDXA)测试不同蒸煮情况下纤维细胞壁中锰离子峰度发现,H2O2辅助乙醇法制浆的木素脱除速率较自催化乙醇法制浆快;自催化乙醇法制浆与H2O2辅助乙醇法制浆的细胞壁木素脱除速率规律一致:ML+P〉S1〉S2〉S3;当保温时间大于30 min时,ML+P层木素脱除速率远大于其他各层。

Abstract:The delignification regularity of auto-catalytic ethanol-water pulping and H_2O_2-ethanol-water pulping of reed were studied and compared in this paper. The results showed that adding H_2O_2 into ethanol-water solution can accelerate the delignification rate,and the research of distribution of lignin in the cell wall by using SEM-EDXA indicated that in ethanol-water pulping process, the sequence of lignin removal rate follows the order of Middle Lamella + Primary wall > S_1 layer of secondary wall > S_2 layer of secondary wall > S_3 layer of secondary wall.When the time keeping at the maximum temperature is over 30 min, the delignification rate depresses obviously except that in the ML + P.
