桉木常规KP浆和RDH浆的氧脱木素研究(Ⅱ) --预处理和强化对常规KP浆氧脱木素的改善效果

摘    要:研究了预处理和强化对桉木常规KP浆氧脱木素效果的影响。结果表明,在氧脱木素时添加H2O2和甲醇进行强化,或在氧脱木素前采用KMnO4对浆料进行预处理,对氧脱木素都有良好的改善效果。与单纯的氧脱木素相比,使用0.8%H2O2、6%甲醇(对浆料总液量的体积百分比)和1.5%KMnO4.浆料脱木素程度分别增加了5.7%、4.5%和20.3%,纸浆白度分别增加6.8%ISO、5.1%ISO和12.6%ISO,而纸浆粘度仅分别多降低2.35%、1.72%和2.8%。采用KMnO4预处理与H2O2强化相结合,可以更有效地改善氧脱木素效率,进一步提高纸浆白度。

Abstract:Improving oxygen delignification efficiency of eucalyptus kraf t pulp by KMnO 4 pretreatment and H 2O 2 and methanol reinforcement was studied in the paper The results showed that reinforcement with H 2O 2 and methanol in oxygen delignification stage, and pretreatment with KMnO 4 prior to oxygen d elignification can improve oxygen delignification of kraft pulp from eucalyptus, increase degree of oxygen delignification and brightness of oxygen delignified pulps with little influence on viscosity of the pulp Compared to oxygen delign i fication without any additives, using 0 8% H 2O 2, 6% methanol (based on volu m e of pulp slurry) and 1 5% KMnO 4 separately as reinforcement and pretreatment agents, degree of delignification in oxygen stage increased by 5 7%, 4 5% and 20 3% respectively (from 44 9% to 50 6%, 49 4% and 65 2% respectively), and I SO br ightness of oxygen delignified-pulps increased by 6 8%ISO, 5 1%ISO and 12 6% ISO respectively (from 54 0%ISO to 60 8%ISO, 59 1%ISO and 66 6%ISO respectively) , vi scosity of oxygen delignified-pulps only decreased by 2 35%, 1 72% and 2 8%( base d on unbleached pulp) Combining KMnO 4 pretreatment and H 2O 2 reinforcemen t , efficiency of oxygen delignification and ISO brightness of delignified pulps f urther increased
