摘    要:针对当前纸病检测算法存在抗干扰能力差、定位不准确和运算复杂等问题,提出一种基于位平面的纸病检测算法。首先,采用自适应中值滤波算法对纸病图像进行滤波,然后,对滤波后的图像进行位平面分解,并运用格雷码对位平面加以增强,最后,使用数学形态学对其进行边缘检测,得到最终的纸病检测结果。仿真结果表明:该方法运算简单,能够较好地检测出纸病缺陷,并具有较好的抗干扰性和定位准确性。

Study on Detection Algorithm of Paper Defects Based on Bit-plane
Abstract:Considering current paper defect detection methods have many problems, for example, anti-noise performance is not good, paper defects edge location becomes inaccurate, operation of algorithm is complicated and so on. A kind of detection algorithm of paper defects based on bit-plane was presented. Firstly, the noise of the images containing paper defects was filtered by adaptive median filter algorithm. Then, the filtered images were decomposed into 8 bit-plane images. After that, the 8 bit-plane images were enhanced with gray code. Finally, the enhanced bit-plane image was edge detected by mathematical morphology operator, thus, the final results of paper defect detection were obtained. The simulation results showed that this method had the advantages of simple calculation, better defects detection ability, better anti-noise performance and positioning accuracy.
