双螺杆磨浆机螺纹参数设计与研究

摘    要:双螺杆磨浆机是一种同向旋转、啮合型磨浆专用的双螺杆挤出机。根据相对运动原理得到的双螺杆磨浆机的螺纹曲线比较复杂,不利于加工制造。本课题采用逼近方法将双螺杆的螺纹曲线简化成梯形,然后通过双螺杆间物料流量计算对螺棱顶宽的作用进行了分析,提出螺棱顶宽的选择范围;讨论了变螺距螺杆体积压缩比的计算方法。对双螺杆磨浆机螺纹曲线的简化不仅可满足双螺杆的啮合作用,保证生产效率,而且有利于螺纹的切削加工。

Abstract:Twin screw refining extruder works at high consistency and is an energy and water saving refining machine,it is a co-rotating and intermesh- ing twin screw extruder which is special for pulp refining.The cross-section curve of the screw thread of the twin screw refining extruder based on the principles of relative movement is quite complicated,and it is not convenient to manufacture.In this paper,firstly the curve of screw thread is simplified to trapezoidal screw using the method of approach,and then the effect of the width of top spiral is analyzed by calculating the flow of materials passing through the twin screw refining extruder and a choice range of the top width of the spiral is presented.In addition,the calculation method of the volume compression ratio of twin screw rod with variable pitch is discussed.The simplification of cross-section curve of screw thread of twin screw refining ex- truder can not only meet the intermeshing relationship of twin screw and ensure production efficiency of the machine,but also to the cutting process of the screw thread.And this paper's work is significance for the study and design of the twin screw refining extruder.
