摘 要: | 用产自黑曲霉(Aspergillus niger)的木聚糖酶和产自担子菌(Basidiomycete sp.)的漆酶进行了麦草浆次氯酸盐漂前预处理的研究。找出了木聚糖酶和漆酶不同处理程序对麦草浆硬度和漂白白度的影响,并对漆酶、介体用量和酶处理时间进行了优化。结果表明,漆酶用量为5.0U/g,介体ABTS用量为0.1%,酶处理时间为120min;用LMS在0.1MPa氧压下处理麦草浆,纸浆硬度降低率比常压LMS处理浆提高21个百分点,即由10.5%提高到31.6%;经L-X处理的纸浆硬度比X-L低,漂白后纸浆白度分别比对照浆高3.9%ISO和3.0%ISO。

Biobleaching of Wheat Straw Pulp by Synergistic Effect of Xylanase and Laccase/Mediator System (LMS) |

Abstract: | Sequential pretreatments of wheat straw Soda-AQ pulp with Asper gillus niger xylanase and Basidiomycete sp laccase befo re sodium hypochloride b leaching were studied The effect of different treatments by synergistic action of xylanase (X) and laccase (L) on pulp hardness (KMnO4 number) and brightness w as discussed,and the optimum conditions concerning laccase dosage,mediator dos age and reaction time were also investigated Results showed that the optimum co nditions were laccase charge 2 5U/g,mediator charge 0 1% and retention time 1 20min The KMnO 4 number decreased rate of the pulp treated by LMS under 1kg/cm 2 oxygen pr essure was 31 6%,21 percent higher than that treated without oxygen The hardn ess of the pulp pretreated by L-X sequence was lower than that by X-L one,the ir bleached pulps brightnesses were respectively 3 9%ISO and 3 0%ISO higher t han the control pulp |
