胶原蛋白和植物纤维结合机理的研究

摘    要:研究了胶原蛋白与植物纤维混合抄造的纸张的物理特性,采用红外光谱法(IR)、量热法(TG和DSC)、光学显微镜和扫描电镜相结合的方法,分析了纸的化学结构。结果表明,在胶原蛋白和植物纤维间形成的化学键,使纤维间的结合力增大,键能升高。从而使纸张的物理强度提高,纸的吸水性和透气性降低。

Abstract:The physical characteristics of the paper made of the mixture of collagen protein and cellulose fibers were investigated. The combination of IR analysis, optical microscopy, scanning electron microscope observation, TG and DSE was used to analyze paper's chemical structure. The results showed that chemical bond was formed between collagen protein and cellulose fibers. Those bonds increased significantly the anchoring strength and bond energy. Therefore could enhance the paper physical strength and reduced permeability and water absorption.
