摘 要: | 对麦草酶法化学浆的漂白性能进行了研究,结果表明,无论是采用有氯漂白,还是采用TCF漂白,麦草酶法化学浆均具有良好的漂白性能,且漂白酶法浆有较好的强度性质;采用XHP漂白程序,当有效氯用量为7%和H2O2用量为1%时,漂白酶法浆的白度可超过90%ISO,裂断长达到5010m;漂白前对浆料进行木聚糖酶预处理可以改善后续漂白段的漂白效率,提高漂白浆白度,同时对漂白浆的物理性能也会产生一定的影响。

Abstract: | Bleachability of the pulp from enzymatic chemical pulping of wheat straw was researched in the paper The results of experiments showed that ble achability of enzymatic-chemical pulp of wheat straw was very well Using chori n e-containing bleaching and total-chlorine-free bleaching,the bleached pulp w ith high brightness and high strength properties could be produced ISO brightness of the bleached enzymatic-pulp reached 90 1% by XHP sequence bleaching with ad d ing 7% effective chlorine and 1% H 2O 2,breaking length of the bleached pulp reac hed 5010 meters Xylanase pretreatment prior to bleaching improved the efficienc y of subsequent bleaching and increased bleached pulp brightness,but physical p roperties of the bleached pulp were influenced in certain degree |
