漆酶和漆酶/介体处理对未漂硫酸盐浆白度和色度的影响

摘    要:探讨了不同的漆酶/介体处理对未漂硫酸盐浆白度和色度的影响,着重研究了单独漆酶和以丁香酸甲酯(MS)为介体的漆酶/介体体系对白度和色度的影响。结果表明:不同的漆酶/介体体系,均未改善纸浆的白度。单独漆酶处理可导致纸浆白度和L*值稍有降低,a*值稍有增加,b*值下降。漆酶/MS处理造成纸浆白度和L*值下降更为明显,a*值大幅上升,b*值下降。纸页的白度随漆酶用量的增加稍有下降;不同的处理温度对纸浆白度和色度影响不大;增加介体MS用量导致纸页的白度和L*值进一步下降,a*值明显增加,b*值变化不大。

Abstract:The impact of different laccase/mediator treatment on the whiteness of unbleached kraft pulp was studied,and emphasis was put on the effect of laccase alone and laccase/methyl syringate(L/MS)treatment on the whiteness and chromaticity of unbleached kraft pulp.It was found that laccase with different mediator treatments all didn't improve whiteness of the pulp.Laccase alone treatment caused whiteness and L~* value of the pulp decrease,a little increase of a~*(redness) and decrease of b~*(yellowness).Laccase/MS treatment further decreased whiteness and L~*,and there was substantial increase in a~* value and a decrease in b~* value compared with the control sample.The whiteness of the pulp decreased slightly with increased dosage of laccase.Different treatment temperature had a little effect on the whiteness and chromaticity of the pulp.Increase in MS charge caused considerable decrease in whiteness, noticeable increase in redness and a little change of yellowness.
