一种球形木质素吸附剂吸附L-天门冬氨酸的性能研究

摘    要:以硫酸盐木质素为原料,利用反相悬浮技术制备出球形木质素吸附剂。利用球形木质素吸附剂吸附L-天门冬氨酸,并进行吸附条件的优选实验。结果表明,吸附效果取决于吸附时间、吸附质初始质量浓度、吸附质溶液pH值以及盐浓度等。当吸附时间150 min、吸附质初始质量浓度2000 mg/L、吸附质溶液pH值为3时,球形木质素吸附剂的平衡吸附容量可达518 mg/g,最大饱和吸附量达到625 mg/g。此外,无机盐氯化铵对球形木质素吸附剂吸附率的影响大于氯化钠,而且随着盐浓度的增大,吸附率从85.6%降至21.4%。同时进行了解吸再生和对比实验,发现用0.6 mol/L的氨水解吸时,解吸率可达99.3%,且再生后的木质素吸附剂仍具有很好的吸附性能。

Abstract:The spherical lignin beads were prepared by applying reverse-phase suspension polymerization technique with sulphate lignin as raw material.Then the spherical lignin beads were adopted to adsorb the L-aspartic acid.And the adsorption conditions were optimized.The results indicated that the adsorption of L-aspartic acid on the spherical lignin beads depends on the adsorption time,initial mass concentration and pH of the solution.The equilibrium adsorption capacity can reach 518 mg/g and the saturation adsorption capacity can reach 625mg/g under such conditions as 150 min of the adsorption time,2000 mg/L of the initial mass concentration of L-aspartic acid aqueous solution and 3.0 of solution pH.Moreover,NH4Cl and NaCl also show great effect on the adsorption efficiency and the effect of the former is higher than the later.The adsorption ratio decreases from 85.6% to 21.4% with an increase of salt concentration in aqueous solutions in the concentration range of 0 and 1.0 mol/L.Simultaneously,L-aspartic acid can be desorbed with ammonia of 0.6 mol/L,and the recovery percentage can reach 99.3%.
