摘    要:本实验通过改变原料的外界环境使其达到一种超临界状态,改变影响超临界状态的几种因素,观察对萃取率的影响,通过一系列的单因素试验及正交实验进行比对,并根据国家标准对油品理化性质进行检测,均达到国家要求。实验数据表明:当萃取压力到达40 MPa,萃取时间为1.5 h,萃取温度为50℃,CO2流体流量达到40 kg/h时,薄荷精油的得油率达到最佳。

Abstract:In this experiment,the influences of these factors on the extraction rate were observed by changing the external environment of the raw material to a supercritical state and changing several factors affecting the supercritical state,through a series of single factor experiments,orthogonal experiments for comparison.And according to the national standard,the physical and chemical properties of oil products were tested and all met the national requirements.The experimental data show that when the extraction pressure reaches 40MPa,the extraction time is 1.5 h,the extraction temperature is 50℃,and the carbon dioxide fluid flow rate reaches 40 kg/h,the oil yield of peppermint essential oil is optimal.
