稀土在制革鞣制中的作用机理研究:Ⅰ.氯化铬与氯化钕的作用

摘    要:本文采用pH电位滴定法,离子交换色谱法,紫外一可见分光光度法及红外光谱法对Cr_2O_3:Nd_2O_3为1:0.5、1:0.25、1:0.125的混合液及氯化铬液和氯化钕液在pH=2,3,4时的各种性质进行了对比研究.结果表明:氯化钕使氯化铬鞣液的性质发生了较明显的变化,对铬配合物的水解有促进作用,鞣液中组份电荷降低,水合铬配离子数减少,其中以 2价组份居多.初步推断铬与钕形成了异核配合物.

Abstract:Some properties of chromium chloride-neodymium chloride liquors at Cr2O3:Nd2O3=1: 0. 5,1:0. 25,1:0. 125 and pH=2,3,4 were studied by means of pH potential titration,ion-exchange chromatography, ultra violet-visible spectra and inf rased, spectra. The results showed that neodymium chloride made the properties of chrome chloride tanning liquor changed remarkably: accelerating the hydrolysis of chrome complexes", decreasing the charge of constituents and reducing the content of hydrated chrome complexes while 2 charged complex to be the most, which indicated the formation of Cr-Nd polynuclear metal complex.
