| Abstract: | Solvent free extraction is an advanced technique for sample preparation and pretreatment which has attracted much attention recently.The basic principles of these methods, such as gas phase extraction,supercritical fluid extraction,solid phase extraction,and solid phase microextraction were reviewed in this paper.The application and development of these methods for analysis of pesticide residue in food were also discussed. |
