| 摘 要： | 建立了婴儿奶粉中色氨酸的荧光分析方法,以NaOH为水解液水解婴儿奶粉,在激发波长225nm,发射波长350nm处测定色氨酸的荧光强度。方法线性范围0～0.07mg/L,检测限为0.0015mg/L,回收率在95%～105%之间。此法快速、简便、灵敏度高。
