基于RFID的乳制品供应链安全风险控制研究

乳制品行业属我国食品加工业中发展较晚的行业,但伴随近年我国经济高速发展、社会进步以及人民生活水平的不断提高,乳制品行业已经获得了很大的进步,乳制品相关企业也取得了巨大发展。然而巨大发展的同时,也出现了许多亟待解决的问题,其中乳制品的质量安全问题备受关注且至关重要。三鹿奶粉事件的发生,给乳制品企业安全风险控制带来严峻挑战的同时,也带来了新的机遇。本文考虑一种基于RFID的乳制品安全风险控制体系,通过建立乳制品供应链的可追溯系统,利用RFID能快速、自动且准确采集与存储信息等特性,完成乳制品在整个产品供应链上的追踪和溯源,最终实现乳制品安全风险的有效控制。

Study on risk control of dairy products supply chain security based on RFID

China's Dairy industry is an industry which developed a little late in all food processing industries.However, recently, with the rapid development of Chinese economic and society, as well as the continuous improvement of people's living standards, dairy products industry has already got a great progress, and dairy-related enterprises have also achieved a great development.But there have appeared a number of issues at the same time of the great development, especially ,the safety of dairy products' qualities which attracts more attentions and is very important actually.The occurrence of Sanlu milk scandal brought security risk management of the dairy enterprise not only challenges but also opportunities.In this article,we consider an RFID-based security risk control system of dairy products,and establish a traceability information management system of dairy supply chain.Since that RFID technology can collect and storage finformation fast, automatically and accurately,we can realize the tracking and traceability of dairy products throughout the whole supply chain, and finally to control security risk of dairy products effectively.
