摘    要:对方便面酱包调味发展趋势进行了概述;并对酵母抽提物在调味酱料中的应用特点进行了分析,说明酵母抽提物具有提升方便面调味酱料风味的作用。

Abstract:The development trend of instant noodle sauce seasoning was summarized. The application characteristics of yeast extract in instant noodle sauces were analyzed. Ultimately, yeast extract has a significant role to enhance the flavor of instant noodle sauce seasoning.
