江苏省食品检测体系现状与构建对策

摘    要:2010年采用发放调查问卷与实地调研相结合的方式对江苏省内60个质检机构进行调研。通过详实的数据,从设备装备情况、人力资源状况、检验技术能力、业务收入、业务构成等方面对江苏省食品质检机构的现状进行了分析,指出江苏省食品质检机构存在体系不健全,检测能力发展不均衡,质检人员技术能力不够强,食品质量安全技术研究能力不够高等问题,提出构建完善的食品质量安全检验检测体系的一系列对策,对加强食品检测体系建设有一定的借鉴作用。

Abstract:Investigated 60 testing center on site or by the surveying paper in 2010. Through detailed database received back the author analyze the current situation of the equipment,human resource,testing techniques,incomes and business forms of different testing centers. The problems of the food testing centers were also analyzed,which existed in four aspects. They were imperfect testing systems,unbalanced testing capabilities,unskillful testing techniques,and weak research abilities. And the countermeasures to improve the present situation of food testing systems were given,which were contributed to strengthen the construction of the food testing system.
