阴离子交换层析法分离纯化γ-PGA

摘    要:采用阴离子交换层析法,对γ-PGA进行分离纯化。通过阴离子树脂的静态吸附、动态实验,得出了上样的最佳pH8.0,上样量27.3mg/g树脂,洗脱液为0.7mol/L NaCl溶液,洗脱流速1.0mL/min,洗脱温度20℃。最终γ-PGA的纯度由86.7%提高到96.2%。

Abstract:γ-PGA was purified by anion exchange column chromatography.Through statical adsorption test and dynamic test of the anion resin,the optimum technological conditions were determined as follows:sample pH 8.0,sample quantity of resin 27.3mg/g,eluant 0.7 mol/L NaCl,eluting velocity 1.0mL/min,and eluting temperature 20℃.At last,the purity of γ-PGA was improved from 86.7% to 96.2%.
