大火草总黄酮超声提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的:采用超声波辅助技术提高大火草中黄酮提取率。方法:采用单因素和正交实验法,以大火草总黄酮提取率为指标,确定最佳提取工艺条件。结果:最佳提取工艺条件为:乙醇浓度60%、料液比1∶50、超声功率90W、超声时间80min、提取3次,在该工艺条件下,总黄酮提取率为1.474%。结论:该提取工艺简单可行,适用于大火草总黄酮的提取。

Abstract:Objective:The experiment adopted ultrasonic-assisted technology to improve extraction rate of total flavonoids from Anemone tomentosa.Methods:On the base of the single factor test and orthogonal experiment,in order to obtain the optional technology conditions of extraction rate of flavonoids.Results:The optimal technology conditions were as follows:The concentration of ethanol was 60%,solid liquid ratio was 1∶50,power of ultrasonic instrument 90W,extraction for 80min,extracting times was 3.The extraction rate of flavonoids from Anemone tomentosa was 1.474% under the optimal extraction technology.Conclusion:The optimum process was reasonable and feasible.
