摘    要:研究了纤维素酶解法对青钱柳总黄酮的提取,考察了酶解浓度、酶解提取温度、酶解提取时间等单因素对青钱柳总黄酮提取得率的影响。在单因素实验基础上通过响应面分析优选出最佳的提取条件为:酶解时间为32.28min、温度为41℃、加酶量为0.57%,缓冲液pH为6.37,在此条件下青钱柳总黄酮的提取得率为9.227%。

Abstract:The cellulose enzymatic-assisted extraction of total flavonoids from Cyclocarya paliurus by using response surface method which was on the basis of simple factor experiment has been studied.The optimum enzymatic-aided extraction conditions were:extraction time was 32.28min,temperature at 41℃ and cellulose enzyme amount was 0.57%,pH of extracting media was 6.37.Under these conditions,9.227% yield of total flavonoids was obtained.
