| 摘 要： | 采用静态顶空技术和气相色谱质谱仪(GC-MS)联用,检测了进出口油脂中苯、甲苯和二甲苯等苯系物的污染。探讨了色谱柱、恒温温度、平衡时间对测定结果的影响。结果表明,采用HP-5色谱柱,样品恒温温度为90℃,平衡时间为40min时,目标化合物测定效果好。方法检出限小于0.04mg/kg,添加回收率在89.4%(邻二甲苯)～112.5%(甲苯)之间。相对标准偏差(RSD)小于12.4%。该法具有操作简单、能够准确定性、灵敏度较高的特点。

| Abstract: | Benzene,toluene,p - xylene and o - xylene in imports and exports oils and fats were analyzed by headspace GC - MS. The effects of chromatographic column,bath temperature and equilibrium time were investigated. The results showed that the optimal conditions of determination were HP - 5 chromatographic column,bath temperature 90℃,equilibrium time 40min. The detection limit,recovery and RSD were less than 0. 04mg/kg,89. 4% ~ 112. 5% and less than 12. 4% . The method was simple,accurate and highly sensitive. |
